"I'm Italian," says Enzo Ristorante Italiano owner Enzo Pagano when explaining why he's in the restaurant business. "It's a natural process. I love food, I love to cook, and I love to share what I cook with others."

Enzo is from southern Calabria (the "toe" of the Italian "boot"), and both he and his restaurant exude the cozy, comfortable and casual style of that region. It just comes naturally. "I am Calabrian. Our chef is Calabrian. Our manager is Calabrian and all our servers are Italian," Enzo says. "That's what's unique about Enzo Ristorante Italiano." So, it's no surprise that the menu is heavily influenced by the dishes of this group's home land. A standout is the Crab Ravioli. "It's been the favorite here for 25 years," Enzo enthuses. This Calabrian recipe incorporates scallops, sun-dried tomatoes and ravioli in a creamy Champagne sauce.

"The most important thing about Enzo Ristorante Italiano is the fact that we are good, positive people offering good food," the upbeat owner says. The authentic food, service and hospitality set Enzo's restaurant apart and ensure that the diner receives a true Italian experience.
