Press trips are intended for qualified travel media producing editorial coverage of the destination, Carmel-by-the-Sea. Inquiries are coordinated by Visit Carmel, the official destination marketing organization for Carmel-by-the-Sea, and J/PR, Visit Carmel's media relations agency of record.

Depending on the nature of your assignment, Visit Carmel may assist with securing accommodations, consulting on itineraries, arranging interviews, coordinating site visits/tours and assisting with accompanying arrangements.

Hosting arrangements and/or media rates are provided at the discretion of Visit Carmel, and are subject to the availability and interest of member and partner businesses. Please note that mid-week and shoulder seasons are much easier for us to accommodate. Holidays and peak season weekends are mostly prohibited.
