To Our Guests:
Our community is committed to following safety and sanitizing protocols. Inns welcome visitors with the health and safety of our employees, guests, and community as our number one priority. So if you are feeling ill or experiencing any symptoms, please reschedule your visit to our village.
Guests can expect:
- Increased signage reminding guests of any safety and sanitizing practices.
- Individualized check-in and check-out procedures that incorporate social distancing and sanitizing protocols.
- Accommodations that have received a rigorous sanitation process after every checkout using approved cleaning and sanitizing protocols.
- Increased cleaning in public spaces and common areas with emphasis on frequent contact surfaces.
- Preparation and distribution of guest services such as Continental Breakfast will comply with all standards set by the Monterey County Health Department.
Housekeeping / Staff:
- Employees will be expected to comply with safety and sanitizing protocols. Increased signage will remind employees of these proper procedures and practices. All necessary PPE will be provided for employee use during working hours and compliance is required.
- Increased frequency of cleaning and sanitizing protocols for all shared work spaces and equipment.
- Daily cleaning of guest rooms will comply with all social distancing and sanitizing protocols.
- Training and oversight of employees will be on-going to ensure all safety and sanitizing standards are being met.
- Employees will be required to stay home when ill.
